The target group of this course are Helpdesk Operators. In this training you will learn your users how to use the daily to help out with any problems. This includes the tasks of user administration, support in troubleshooting, Installation and connection of the client, recovery of appointments, contacts and e-mails from the backup.
Prerequisites: You are familiar with the use of the graphical user interface and basic concepts of the Administration, such as user administration.
